Bank Transfer via Paystack – Bank transfers just got easier with Paystack. All you have to do is choose paystack as your preferred method of payment at checkout. Select ‘Pay with Bank’ and you choose your bank. You enter your bank account number after which you will get an OTP from your bank. You hit pay and it’s done!
Payment by Cash (Only available for Pick Up) – You can pay by cash or via POS if you have selected the pick up option.
Where can my order be delivered?
You may receive your order in an address of your choice (home, work, etc.).
May the delivery country be different from the country of purchase?
Delivery country does not have to match the country of purchase.
How can I find out if shipping is available to my country?
We offer delivery to over 130 countries. You can choose your preferred location of delivery at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The deadline for standard shipping varies between 3 and 4 days, reaching a maximum of 7 working days. As for express shipments it can take up to 2 days depending on the delivery location. In some cases, local customs can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control.

What happens if my goods get stuck with customs?
Femme By Yele and our delivery partner aim to handle all customs documentation and formalities. Sometimes this process can take longer and orders may be held by local customs. In that event, we will try wherever possible to resolve this issue, however, local customs may contact you as the designated importer. In that event, if you require additional assistance, please call our 24/7 customer services team.
What is Femme By Yele’s exchange policy?
We want you to be able to buy with confidence. That is why we are happy to offer an exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, provided that you return it in saleable condition within 14 days along with proof of purchase. Do I have to pay to exchange a product?
Yes, all return costs are in charge of the customer.
